Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: Yes, we ask for a 12-month minimum subscription to keep your home consistently maintained. After that, you can continue month-to-month or cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

Q: What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?
A: We always work around the weather. If conditions aren’t safe or suitable, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

Q: Are your staff DBS checked?
A: Yes, all Elyra HomeCare staff are DBS checked, vetted, and trained, so you can trust who’s coming to your home.

Q: Can I pause my subscription if I go away?
A: For long-term travel (4 weeks+), we offer holiday pauses. Just contact us in advance, and we’ll work with you.

Q: Do you clean windows inside the house?
A: Interior window cleaning is an optional extra. Our standard Platinum plan includes exterior windows only.

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We currently cover West Wickham and surrounding areas, but we’re expanding. Contact us if you’re nearby!

Q: Is fence painting included?
A: Fence painting is an optional add-on service. Get in touch for a custom quote.

Q: What exactly is included in the Platinum Package?
A:

  • Grass cutting twice a month

Q: Can I switch between packages?
